The Spa Passport is a membership program designed for our valued local guests, which enables them to experience a Resort Spa at local-friendly prices. Purchase of a Spa Passport Membership includes an unlimited number of select, value-priced services and restricted retail discounts.

The Spa Passport is a membership program designed for our valued local guests, which enables them to experience a Resort Spa at local-friendly prices. Purchase of a Spa Passport Membership includes an unlimited number of select, value-priced services and restricted retail discounts.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS
- Cost is $100 initiation fee and is good for 6 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable.
- All members will be issued a numbered membership card which must be presented to the spa reception desk upon each visit.
- Memberships are for individual use only and are Non-Transferable.
- If membership card is lost or stolen the member must notify spa management. A replacement card will require the Members ID along with a $25 replacement fee.
- All services are to be paid in full at the time of service.
- We accept credit cards, cash, and local checks.
MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
- Membership privileges are valid for services every day except Saturdays and recognized Holidays.
- Members may book appointments for themselves in person and must present their membership card along with their photo ID.
- Appointments made over the phone must be made by the member for the member only and their membership number will be required. Upon check-in membership card and ID is required.
- Entitles local guests to a select menu of services offered at their 20% discounted price, including 10% off packages.
- Receive 20% off all Boutique items including items already discounted.
- Only on the day of spa appointments will you have complimentary access to the Fitness Center and Hotel Pool.
- Hotel Pool access will require your spa itinerary from the spa front desk. No Exceptions.
- Receive 10% off at either of our Napa Valley Marriott Hotel restaurants Harvest Café or Characters Sports Bar & Grill. This can be used anytime but you MUST present your membership card.
- Members will receive monthly specials and promotions via email.
- Will receive invitations to New Product and Treatment Launches as well as Special Events.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Membership is Non-Transferable and cannot be combined with any other specials or discounts.
- Marriott Rewards Points are not applicable with this membership.
- You must present a valid California Drivers License or Utility Bill showing local residency.
- The management reserves the right to cancel a membership or to ask any person to leave the premises at anytime for any action which is deemed offensive to other guests or members.
- The Spa at the Napa Valley Marriott reserves the right to change terms and conditions and the spa guidelines.
- The Spa’s hours of operation are subject to change.
- Violation of any of the privileges and/or terms and conditions will result in the immediate termination of your membership with NO Refund.
